Australian Jousting Championship 2026
The Australian Jousting Championship returns to Kryal Castle on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 August! Experience an unforgettable weekend as armoured knights charge with three-metre lances in a bone-rattling battle for glory and the crown of Australia’s best jouster. The champion will be crowned at the conclusion of Sunday’s final joust.
There will be a huge lineup of medieval activities for the whole family to enjoy, including archery, axe-throwing and potion making.
You can also make your medieval adventure complete with an overnight stay at Kryal Castle! Choose from Castle rooms, cosy cabins, tiny homes or our newly opened campsite.
